🔺 By submitting your order, you agree to these terms:

🔺 Always measure, using only our method shown in the listing photo—never guess

🔺 We only ship on Fridays, and we need a couple days to make your goods.

🔺 WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS, because everything is made to order, when ordered! And, you wouldn't want to receive an item that's been in someone else's hands before, would you?  No, you wouldn't.  Be certain you use only our measuring METHOD shown in the photo array of the item/s you are ordering. 

🔺 If you received an item that's other than exactly what you ordered, we will promptly rectify that, at our expense without any further inconvenience to you. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of such errors. 

🔺 Read product listing descriptions.  View all the photos in each listing.

🔺 All goods are made to order, and to measure --- NOT "ready to ship"; they are sturdy, but made for symbolic use only. If you tug hard on it and you break it, that's good. These goods are not designed for tugging. (They're DAY collars and not play collars.)

🔺 We’re not responsible for allergic reactions. We use ONLY stainless steel chain and elements, except for silver padlocks (they are nickel-plated.) 

🔺 Check your order for accuracy before submitting, and immediately after receiving your email order confirmation;

🔺Respond to messages. Check your spam folder. If we can't communicate with you, we may need to cancel your order and we'll both be sad.

🔺 We do not offer rush service; again, we only ship on Fridays.

🔺 All orders include a Care Sheet; read it; save it; be sure to give it to your gift recipient, if applicable;

🔺 If you made a mistake on your order, we can possibly assist, at lowest cost to you; possibly not—please 🔸contact us🔸 to discuss. Do that by responding to your original order confirmation email, or your shipment notification.

🔺 Undeliverable packages will require a reshipping fee of at least $6, depending on weight, destination, and merchandise value. Check your order before submitting. Enter your order with the full name on the mailbox, (don't use fantasy or nicknames);  correct address, any apt or suite number, any company name. Make sure it's right. Thanks for being a responsible buyer.

🔺 Packages are shipped with tracking and insurance;

🔺 Packages scanned “delivered” by USPS are considered just that:: delivered.

🔺 We cannot be responsible for USPS postal carrier errors, "porch pirate" theft (stolen packages from your building or property), but we will offer assistance.
